Valley Market is owned freehold and operated by Bob Parry & Company Limited.

The public should be aware or comply with the following when entering, using and leaving our premises:

1. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners' risk
2. Vehicles parked overnight will be removed at the vehicle owners' expense.
3. The Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
4. The Management reserve the right to eject illegal traders.
5. The Management reserve the right to eject and refuse entry to those attempting to trade as traders (or masquerading as traders) or non-traders who avoid paying fees.
6. The Management have the final say in any dispute.
7. The security of goods or items in vehicles are the responsibility of the owner; the Management take no responsibility.

9. No children under the age of 16 unless accompanied by a supervising adult.
10. Appropriate footwear should be worn as the ground is uneven is some places.
11. The Management accepts no liability for persons who have acted with no personal responsibility.
